Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders received before the 3:00 PM cut-off time are processed within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Order turnaround time: 3 days, which includes:

• 24 hours processing

• 48 hours delivery time

Weekends (Sundays) are excluded from the turnaround time.

2. Delivery Terms

• Standard delivery time is 48 hours from the time the order is processed.

• Two (2) delivery attempts are provided free of charge.

• Additional delivery attempts (after the first two) will incur standard delivery charges.

• If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

3. Return Policy

Return turnaround time: 3–4 days from the date of collection back to our warehouse.

Items will not be collected if:

• They are unpacked

• They are not in their original MWM brand packaging

• Tags, labels, or seals are missing

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests require:

• 3–4 days for item collection and return to the warehouse

• 4 additional days for dispatching the replacement

Total exchange turnaround time: 7 days (excluding weekends).
